What we install

Vinyl and aluminum replacement windows in single hung, horizontal roller, casement, and picture configurations, including impact rated units. Exterior doors: fiberglass and steel entry doors, French doors, and sliding glass doors, impact rated where you want them. We replace whole openings correctly: old units out, buck and opening prepped, new units anchored per the product approval, then sealed, insulated, trimmed, and inspected.

Impact windows or standard plus shutters

Impact windows cost more per opening but protect all the time with nothing to deploy, quiet the house noticeably, and often lower insurance premiums through wind mitigation credits. Standard insulated windows with shutters cost less up front but someone has to put the shutters up every storm. In Central Florida both are code legal paths; we quote both when asked and are straightforward about the tradeoff rather than pushing the bigger ticket.

What drives the price

Windows and doors price per opening, and four things move the number: impact rating, frame material, opening size, and how many openings you do at once (whole house replacement prices better per window than one or two at a time). Sliding glass doors and oversized openings carry their own band. Permit and inspection costs are included in our quotes, and the written estimate prices every opening as its own line so you can trim the scope without guessing.
