Bathroom Remodeling in Central Florida

Sunologi Inc. is a licensed Florida building contractor (CBC1261200) based in Sanford that remodels bathrooms across Central Florida, from hall bath updates to full gut primary bath renovations. We do our own demolition, tile, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical coordination, and finish work, and we pull permits when the scope requires them. What we build

Walk in tile showers with proper waterproofing, tub to shower conversions, double vanities, new tile floors, lighting and exhaust fans, and full fixture replacement. On larger jobs we reframe walls, move drains, and rework layouts. Waterproofing is where bathroom remodels fail years later, so we use modern membrane systems behind every wet wall we build and we do not subcontract that step out to the lowest bidder.

What drives the price of a bathroom remodel

Bathrooms range from a hall bath refresh (vanity, fixtures, tile floor, surround) to a full gut with a custom tile shower, to a primary bath where drains and walls move. Tile scope and plumbing relocation drive the price more than anything else: a tub to shower conversion in place is a very different job from moving the shower across the room.

We quote after a site visit and put every line on paper before you sign, so the comparison between options is honest and visible.

How long it takes

A straightforward bathroom remodel runs 2 to 4 weeks of on site work. Full gut jobs with custom tile showers run 4 to 6 weeks because waterproofing and tile cannot be rushed and inspections have to land between steps. If plumbing or electrical moves, a permit is required and county review time comes first.
