About Sunologi

Sunologi Inc. is a licensed Florida building contractor (license CBC1261200) headquartered at 4205 St. Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, renovate whole homes, build room additions, and construct outdoor living projects across 14 Central Florida counties. Sunologi is the construction division of the AllSolar family of companies, which has served Florida homeowners since 1999.

The company

Sunologi was founded in Sanford in December 2014 by Ed Sweat, who also owns AllSolar Energy Inc. For its first decade, Sunologi focused on home energy products. In 2026 the company relaunched around what our customers kept asking us for: remodeling, renovation, and outdoor construction, done by the same kind of accountable local company they already trusted on their roofs. Today Sunologi operates as the licensed building contractor of the family, with its own crews and project managers working out of the Sanford office. Sunologi holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 5 star rating on HomeAdvisor.

The AllSolar family of companies

AllSolar Energy Inc. has installed and serviced systems on Florida homes since 1999 and has served roughly 15,000 customers, earning a 4.9 star rating on Google along the way. To be clear about whose stars those are: that rating belongs to AllSolar Energy, not to Sunologi. We mention it because it is the same ownership, the same office, and the same standard, and because Sunologi intends to earn its own reviews under its own name, one job at a time. Remodeling is a trust business, and companies that treat customers badly do not last 25 years in the same market.

The family covers more than construction. Solar electric, solar pool heating, and solar hot water run through AllSolar Energy, and whole home water treatment runs through SolarPure Water Systems. If your project touches one of those, we bring the right company to the table under the same roofline.

How we work

• Site visit first. We quote from your actual home, not a satellite photo.
• Written scope. Every job gets a line item scope so you can see where the money goes before you sign.
• Permits pulled by us. Structural, electrical, plumbing, and window work is permitted and inspected under our CBC license.
• One point of contact. A project manager owns your job from contract to final walkthrough.
• Honest advice. If the smart answer is to not do the project, we tell you that.

Licenses and insurance

Sunologi Inc. holds two Florida contractor licenses: Certified Building Contractor CBC1261200 and Certified Pool/Spa Contractor CPC1460937, and carries liability and workers compensation coverage. The pool license covers our equipment work (pump changeouts, pool heat pumps, repairs); we do not build pools. You can verify both licenses at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation license portal. We put the numbers in the footer of every page because you should never have to ask a contractor for them.
